I guess I misunderstood support to mean actually receiving support, and not viewing the support forum.
Seems pretty crappy that I can even go back and view code in support threads that were originally posted by myself.
I figured that if you're a verified license holder you could read the forums, the same way you can with vBulletin. And since the license allows you to run the software permanently, you would have access to read permanently, and just not be eligible to submit support requests.
But I guess everyone has a different deffinition of what support is.
