We then told you that we needed your site specific information to see your database and determine why yours is not working. You flat out stopped responding to us. Our replies to you where given in hours not days. Your email to us was sent on the 10th. After 2 days of trying to obtain accurate information to your server from you which you have not given you stopped responding in any manner. There is not much more to say here. If you want to be provided with support you must comply with the information needed.
This not this installation connected with Vbulletin. I had 3.81 installed phpclassifieds with vbulletin.

Your email with server information came to us on the 9th after work hours. I responded the morning of the 10th and gave info to show it does work on a normal site which is why I asked for site specific information. You responded back that evening. I responded to you late that evening. You asked for an IP and I responded.
You responded in the wee hours of the morning on the 11th with ftp information. I responded late morning of the 11th asking for database information as this was your issue things not getting entered into the database. You responded later in the evening that day about some download with no access information still to the database. I explained in full detail what I needed the morning of the 12th and you responded with information that did not work and I informed you it did not.
The bulk of our correspondence took place within a 48 hour window sure but still the same thing the access that I asked for was not given correctly. Especially since some of the times you are posting might suggest you are posting in a way different timezone. I do the bulk of my support between the hours of 9am-4pm eastern standard time.
Most support takes place very quickly if we are given proper access to diagnose issues and our customers and support threads confirm this. Support can easily take days without the access that is asked for is not given.
Request the return of the money because the program was not working correctly with my vbulletin 3.8.1 and was not satisfied with the technical support. Before buying it ask them about e-mail if it was working correctly with 3.8.1 and they said to me that yes.

I understandhat I should adapt to your schedule, but you refuse to return the money for the legal notice without valuing that the service was doing my was not good (And I do not want your service).
There is nothing I can respond to you about returns. Our license terms are linked in our store which you agree to when you purchase the product.
What I have explained several times now is you have refused to give us the details to be able to assist and provide you support. You have phpmyadmin installed. You even sent me a link. However the access details you sent where incorrect. You need to pass along your cpanel login to the server for us to assist you. For security purposes you can easily temporarily change the password and give us those details and change it back after we check things out.
As far as support goes good support usually means responding to someone within a 24 hour period. There are many people a day we assist so one needs to be patient. We have responded to your responses usually within hours. I just note your posting times are alot different then ours which will delay you getting a response. No one here in the US is up at 3 or 4 am.
I do not need to install external software on my personal computer to obtain functionality you already have in your web hosting control panel. You merely need to provide the proper hosting access to us. If you want support you need to provide us the details to be able to assist you. This is going on 5 days now and you still have not given us those details. There is nothing we have done at fault here.
The e-mail is not a sure route to send information. When the user sends and password to accede to my phpmyadmin anyone might have access to all my databases. And this is not sure.
Therefore change the username and password to send. You took a long time to connect.
With navicat or a similar program I can say that only it should have access to the database to treat.
In installing navicat (or other) one is late 60 seconds and is much surer. I said the link to you.

I see rightly that the people know that you will not install a very common program to give support. That you can be late 24 hours in answering a message (OUT US). That there are many people with doubts or problems and that because of it one will be late in answering. Does not believe that it is just?
As I stated you must supply us with proper information to access your server for support.
All I am saying very simply that you can change your password and make sure the details you send us are correct and working. To date we have not recieved such data. You have not send details to provide you with support. This is actually very simple. The only delay here is you. This could have been resolved 5 days ago if we would have recieved the details we asked for.
Simple point your taking 24 hours here to answer any post I submit here. If you want to resolve your issue please send the login we asked for so we may assist you.
As already I said to your by e-mail and for the forum already I do not want to use photopost classifieds. Before a future problem I cannot allow to be late in resolving so much time.
When my users buy a service I like to give them a good service and I think that I can have problems with my users for since you work. (Probably you give a good service for united states But you sell the product in any part of the world)

You must provide us with the details we ask for to obtain support. This is real simple. Since you will not do so then I consider this issue closed. If you wish to obtain support then provide the details I have already asked for and I will gladly look into your issue.
