Unable to view user image in gallery

Hi,

One of my user's managed to upload and display the image link in my vb forum
(e.g. http://www.site.com/photopost/uploads/565/matter.JPG). In the forum i am able to see the image.

but when i do a search in photopost gallery, I can find no album nor any images from the user.

Is this a bug?

thanks

No it is not some user has uploaded but not processed an image. Note how he has linked some image in his uploads directory. It has never been processed by Photopost

Did you understand what I had said above that the image has never been processed into photopost?

If you wish to process the image then try using the upload as user feature as admin change the directory to process files to his uploads directory fill in his name under upload as user and hit skip upload and process file in directory to process his pictures.

i think this might be a silly question. So is there anyway to counter this. How do i force photopost to process all files that are uploaded?

Thanks

You cant force something if he stops the process. If he closes the browser etc the process can not continue. We can not process unprocessed files until he comes back and uploads again properly.
