This is the BIGGEST problem I have with Photopost and what has stopped me from buying other licenses. You guys MAKE the customer beg for support. Either your ticket system is down or I post a problem and you guys say, "E-mail support." Well, Chuck you are the support! Why can you just look up my account and send me the info? Go the extra mile just one day and you may sell more product. I did what you asked, wasted more time and sent an e-mail.
