unknown photo switch

Uh not sure if this is do to a coding glitch or what, but somehow users photos have been switched for other photos, twice with the full photo, once with the thumbnail. In all the cases, the subjects of the orginal photos (key words associated with it) were the same as the ones for the photos that replaced the original ones.

So a coding glitch somewhere that's possibly fixable, or something else that should be looked into?

Please explain in detail with direct url examples so we know what the true issue here is. I do not see how Photos could be replaced other than user's editing and reuploading photos themselves which they have the ability to do if you allow it.

Trying to track down info on the other photos, as the users deleted them, so I'm going to give the info on the thumbnail issue instead.

Some how this photo:

Is generating this thumbnail:

The site is set up so that users have a thumbnail automatically generated for them.
