Okay guys this is so complicated. What exactly is Photopost Pro and Photopost vBGallery? Are they different products from each other? Which of them is the best to use? And which has the most, best features ever?
And I wonder if Photopost Pro can be integrated with vBulletin 3.5.4?
who's aware of the most up to take hack/mod/product that allows vbgallery to support inline video? While PhotoPost Pro is an awesome product (I've purchased and am using it now) it doesn't seem that it will fill my specific websites' needs as it doesn't allow separate galleries to use separate vb templates/skins as spoken about above in this thread ^ ^ ^ -
Why do I need separate skins in each gallery? Well each gallery is meant for a different "genre" of video game, like horror, sports, shooter, rpg, etc, and each forum/gallery that I have setup right now has its own entirely separate custom skin. Either way I think I'll be buying vbgallery but first I want to know who has the best inline video hack, I saw one mentioned in this forum but it was dated from 2005 so I'm assuming something better or more updated is out now?... if someone doesn't mind letting me know I'd greatly appreciate it; I need to get this website finished before I ship out to Iraq for the U.S. Army in April. Thanks a ton! -Dave
And what does the purchase comparison page mean when it says that it has, "Individual cateogry header/headtags/footer settings" for PhotoPost Pro and not vBGallery? I understand that photopost pro only allows for one integrated vbulletin skin, BUT when photopost pro advertises itself as being able to use individual category header and footer settings does this mean I can insert my specialised css header and footer information from my different vBulletin skins? If someone could clarify what the 'individual category header and footer settings are I'd also appreciate it! If someone understands what I'm trying to do here (use a different vBulletin skin for each different gallery category), it'd be extremely helpful to get some input/insight/ideas as to what i can possibly do, use my photopost pro, or just buy vbgallery?... Thanks again -Dave
When we say that Photopost can have different header footers styles per category we are talking about the Photopost header system not when using the vbulletin header system. Therefore in vbulletin enhanced integration you are simply going to use whatever style vb displays by default for the user.
