Photos not showing up

Hello we are having some problems in our gallery.

Our photos aren't showing up after we load them up.

There is no error.. It says that our files have been uploaded.

It usually gives us 2 steps to upload pictures. We put the file in and label it add comments then click upload then we get another page where we can add to more then one part of the gallery and that isn't showing up we are just getting a msg saying our files have been uploaded but when we go to look there not there.

here is the link to the gallery

http://www.scrappintrends.com/gallery/index.php

Also a few weeks ago I have been trying to figure out how to change the colors to match our main page. How is that done? I had paid the extra money to have yall install this for me and when ya did everthing matched. Recently we changed the look and feel of our site.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Hello what size files are you uploading? Usually I would see the behavior you describe because of one of two things.

1. In your PHP setup file uploads has been turned off. You can view phpinfo in admin to determine this

2. The most common scenerio your uploading files over your PHP max upload size which is usually 2mb and your server is dropping the upload. This is the most common cause. Solution is to get your host to increase that max upload size or upload smaller files and set a restriction in usergroup permissions on filesize.

In your first option I didn't see anything but not sure if I was in the correct spot.

The second option. I just tried to upload something that was 21.0 kb which is a small file and it still isn't showing the picture...

FILE UPLOADS ARE TURNED OFF IN YOUR PHP.INI

You want to contact your host about this.

Still having the same issues as above, but now

We are getting these errors.

Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 127

I finally heard back from my host and they said that my file uploads is turned on in my php.ini

so I went to check to see if pictures would load up and we are still having the same problems.

we can load using photobucket but to put them directly on from our comps it's not working...

Anyway you can go in and check it out?

Is there a way I can turn them on or do I have to wait for them to figure it out?
