Basically you want to find a Canadian zipcode source that has Latitude and Longitude data and is available as a downloadable csv file or maybe an excel file. You want to ensure of this because you can bring up the spreadsheet in like excel and manipulate the columns of data to be in the order you want to import into the zipData database we use. You can discard columns of data we do not use and leave what is needed. I know there are plenty of courses with paid Canadian zipcode info in the formats needed.
