As we look to improve our support, one issue that gets in the way of helping our users is understanding their level of experience. We don't want to talk below someone and make it appear that we are talking down to them nor do we want to talk over someones head and confuse them.
So, to help our support staff understand your level of experience better I have added a new Profile option:
If you wouldn't mind setting this value, it would greatly help our support staff in framing a response to your questions. We'll make this a required field for new registrations and we'll display this in the postbit.
We hope this will help our users and our staff in getting people the answers they need in a format they understand faster.
