Admin auto login problems

Recently a moderator was removed from our board and has now been reinstated and we find that her permissions from the forum are not carried over to the photo galleries also trying to add new mods they get no admin rights.
Any ideas?
All Vbulletin permissions are set correctly.

Well a mod would not get admin rights. They would get moderator rights if you have moderator access set to yes in Admin => Edit Usergroups for the moderators usergroup. Also remember if you have new usergroups in vb it may be necessary to do a refresh usergroups every now and then to grab the new usergroups from vb.

Its a Super Moderator who has same admin rights to photos as the Administrators. All existing super mods and administrators can carry out the duties adding a new one they are failing to get the necessary permissions.

Administrator and Super Mod permissions are all set correctly in Vbulletin and in Photopost adding a new Administrator or Super Mod Photpost is not recognising the new addition so existing Admins and SM's have the permissions new additions to Administrators or Super mods groups are not aquiring them.
All usergroups have been refreshed.
