In an effort to improve our ability to procide quality support, we are going to try out a new ticket system which will replace our "bugs" forum.
This new Ticket System is also linked in our navigation menu at the top of the page.
By moving to this system, which allows items to be assigned and tracked, we hope to reduce the number of "lost" threads and improve our interaction with our customers.
This is a new system, so we will work to improve it as people use it. In the meantime, we will be closing the Bugs forums to new threads and encouraging people to use the new system in place of the forums or email. If all goes well, we will move the Bug forums off to an archived forum and focus support on the ticket system as much as possible.
