Currently No we do not support that software.

From my personal observations it has one major drawback that would keep us from supporting it. Currently XMB has no user definable cookie settings. Right now the cookies seem hard coded to the current directory XMB is installed in. To be compatible XMB would have to have cookies set site wide / . In fact most any forum like UBBThreads for example where the cookie path is not definable in the admin section or config the software developers had the common sense to set the cookie site wide. Until XMB either makes cookie settings an admin option or hard codes the cookie path site wide we could not even begin to think about supporting integration with that forum.

I did up a test integration with that forum here

http://omegatron.net/xmbphotos/index.php

You can login as user test and password testing

You will see your logged in also at the forum here

http://omegatron.net/xmbforum/index.php

However if log out of the gallery and login to the forum you will see that your not logged into the gallery

reason being the problem with xmb cookie settings. Your cookie path in the cookie is this /xmbforum/ instead of /

Hi

I happy If you can make merger XMB with PhotoPost PHP forever

I send link to some one from The XMB Group

He is give me reply:

(( set $full_url to a lower-level path. THAT url defines the cookie path, full_url instead of to eg:
www.example.com/forums/whateverr/, you could also set it to www.example.com/ to set it sidewide. ))

Regards

He is fibbing to you

That does not do a darn thing to the cookies.

Your can set $full_url to anything you want and it does nothing

My cookies on the test forum I posted are as such and the $full_url is set to http://domain.net

/forumdirectoryhere/
.domain.net

Simply put until XMB has the ability to correct the bug they have in settings cookies as I have shown above there can be no integration.

There is nowhere in there software to set cookies and no matter what you put in the $full_url contrary to what your guy is telling you the cookies are written as above
