New PhotoPost Gallery

Well after several weeks of hacking it's finally done!

http://www.jeffmottle.com

I was even able to upgrade to 4.8.1 half way though with the used of the program called Beyond Compare. An Amazing app that makes upgrading a hacked site SOO easy.

Anyway, comment and suggestions appreciated. Just wanted to share a relatively heavily modified site. In addition to the templates I had to hack a great number of actual code pages as well becuase many things are still not in the templates.

Cheers,
Jeff

Nice layout and pictures!

You probably want to add your own copyright statement to the footer, too. I think you could probably compress your title image maybe 30% and save a sec or two on a modem download.

You know I never looked, but is there somewhere to set the JPEG save as quality on resized images in Photopost? It looks like some of those images come up 1/4 megabyte and 775x515 pixels is really small for that kind of file size if there is any compression at all. That's like 37 seconds at 56KB

BTW, Miscellaneous is misspelled

Regards,

Matt
