I am having a couple of problems with PP Pro at the moment. We have 8.3.
A member has told me she can't upload but is getting 301 errors.
I decided to have a try at uploading to see if I also got an error or not. Strangely, my picture appears to have been corrupted on upload although I didn't get the 301 error.

I tried a second time with a different file that was about 300kb. That upload just failed and flicked me back to the home page.
Then a third time I tried and it worked.
So I don't really know what's wrong and I didn't get the 301 error.
Do you have any ideas what might be causing a 301 for her?
I wondered if she might have run out of allocated disk space but I don't know how to check that.
: I checked her profile and saw that she had gone over my disk space allocation and think that may be the problem. I've asked her to try again.
The way that I found her profile was by finding her forum id and username and then going and click on my profile in the gallery and replacing my id and username with hers. Is there an easier way of finding profiles when you are using forum integration?
Also, is there an easier way to track members usage without waiting for them to run out?
