The translation part should be fixed,

Hold and approve changes is not needed.
If you change anything it should be automatically approved. No need to check anything it only slows you down. If nothing was changed it can be overwritten.

It is very annoying to go into > Edit Language Strings find the page you where working on after each save.

Lets say I am on page 16 I edit all the phrases and check all the boxes to approve hit submit changes then I am sent to Search Language Strings What am I supposed to do there?

I have to go through the process again and it takes me 4 clicks to get to page 16 again...

I understand you think its annoying however the reason there is a checkbox is to prevent users from messing things up.

But why are you forwarded to the lang string search? That has nothing to do with messing things up. You should be forwarded to the page you are working on so you can go to the next etc..

A simple solution might be to ad a button 'Submit changes and stay' or 'Submit changes and next page'
