Add a specific user to the watchlist when uploading a new product.

I receive CDs and DVDs for review on my site before they get released. I upload all the products and then others review them.

I'd like to be able to add a specific user or email address (in this case the PR company who's given us the goods but will be a different user for each product) to the product's watch list so they get an email them telling them a reviews been posted each time.
