Pros/Cons/Rate and the END of the Review

It makes no sense to have it at the BEGINNING. It needs to be at the end and it needs to stand out more.

I can see it both ways. Particularly if it's an editor's review, I like to know what they conclude up front. The pros and cons summarizes the product; highlighting the key points. Generally if I'm interested in the product I'll read the details after.

Anyway, unless you've modified the templates, you can easily move the review text up by moving (in showproducts.tmpl):
