I get a lot of users saying they overlook the "Post a Review" link. Why not have it under the details box as a graphical image so it stands out as well as make the heavily text based system pop a little bit.
Because it's a review page there will already be a lot of words on the page so a more prominent graphic is probably the best route to take as it'll stand out on the page.
