"Help me out here... Who posts the reviews in that section? If we are allowed to do it, how do we? I am looking for a "post review" button and not finding one."
I've brought this up before and it just seems to get overlooked. This system is really lacking in popularity and it could be so much more.... It's just a usability issue. People come here to SUBMIT a Review (submit being the key word as it would be queued until approved). What I see here is two "Modes". A Community mode and a Retailer mode. Meaning, in the Community mode, people just want to submit a review of an item not already in there. They do it all... upload picture, submit review. Currently, this is backwards for this format. You require a picture upload FIRST, then the review. With this mode, it is community driven.
The retailer mode is when someone with goes through and uploads a bunch of "products" and THEN someone posts a review. This is the current format. It is not community driven as someone has to upload products, wait for an approval THEN submit a review. By this time, they have given up...
Mine and my users 2 cents.
No one else has this problem?
