Turn on/off the 'amount you spent on your purchase?' on a per category basis in CP

Turn on/off the 'amount you spent on your purchase?' on a per category basis in the Control Panel.

There's quite a few posts from people asking how to delete the field so it would make sense to allow users to choose if they wish to use this field or not.
