Sticky Reviews for Staff Members

I'd like to be able to make Staff reviews "Sticky" so they are above regular user reviews.

We do have a modifications forum should you wish to discuss code modification with other individuals here.

Otherwise nice idea and something I could look at in the future when we have an open beta
