I bought the product a while ago and haven't used it yet (it's been over a year.) The big problem I realized is that:

1) It still doesn't have a multiple rating system which shouldn't be too difficult to add. It may be a little tricky to control how many ratings you have but I've seen this on lower end products too.

2) No ability to add extra fields easily. This I might be able to add too, such as address, phone number, web site. This deficiency is very surprising. Putting this in the main area is not good enough since it isn't easily searchable nor can it be easily ported in a database.

3) Searching functions here are woefully basic. It's hard to believe that looking at TechImo that you can't even sort the list of reviews by the top rated to lowest rated... yet you can sort by random!!!!

Michael, I really wanted to like this product but even with the time extension given after it was really buggy, I still don't feel like this is so usable without some serious hacking on my end. And that would also require me to now invest more money just to get the latest, updated version... I hope that you guys will begin to take this product seriously as a decent review and ratings script is long overdue and I'm sure one will come out on the market any day now and the opportunity may be lost...
