Error on upgrade

Well, since I still can't post in the installation/upgrade forum (double checked for valid license and email), I'll post here

I'm running VB 3.6.12, and just upgraded ReviewPost from 3.2 to 5.1. I get this error when trying to load the index:

PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function render_navbar_template() in /var/www/html/reviews/header-inc.php on line 101

Is RP 5.1 for VB 4.0 only?

Are all the proper files uploaded?

See I wonder if you have vbulletin 3.6.12 why that code would be called at all. The code is here in header-inc.php

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
Basically its a conditional that states if its defined which it would be in vbulletin and it is equal to or greater than 400 that it do things the vb4 way not vb3.

Something is fishy there. If you upgrade your vb to 3.86 what happens?

Chuck,

Yup, all uploaded. Hmm.. I wish I could upgrade to 3.8.6, but that'll take me at least another month to get everything set (have to get my other mods upgraded, Sphinx, etc).

Is there some way to check to see what value this "simple version" variable contains? I don't know why it would be >= 400

You can send info for me to peep at your files and see what your issue might be but yes clearly something is off here. simple_version is defined in vb. I cant remember off hand where.

Chuck,

I just took out that IF statement for checking for VB 4.0. I'm not going to upgrade to 4.0 in the near future anyway.

Maybe not

Now it looks as if RP is trying to use an internal registration system... Maybe this IF statement is used elsewhere and is failing again? I get no usernames on reviews (just IP's if logged in as admin), and the "Product Options" dropdown menu is empty (except for the icons - no text).

I'm able to update and refresh my forum usergroups in the admin options just fine.

Like I said I would have to see what you have there. I used the same code your using on vb3 series before I updated to vb4 without issues thats why there are switches.

You can send url admin login and working ftp account through the contact us link.
