How to upgrade

We're running reviewpost 4.12 and want to upgrade to the latest version.

Where are the upgrade instructions?

We have a few template mods and I would like to minimize hassle after upgrading so if we could just replace the affected files that would be best.

The upgrade instructions and changelog are both in the documentation folder in the downloaded code. More than likely your going to have to upload everything and redo any mods.
