Unhappy Having issues with the install...

I recently purchased the script and uploaded to to my testing area which can be found here:

http://www.modoholics.com/mg/reviews/

Opened up the install.html .... followed the directions as much as I could. In the directions there are steps listed that I can not preform as it asks things like chmod certain folders that are not there and talks about the Application Configuration, which isnt found in the config file (although some of that stuff shows up when running the install script).

Ran the install script without any errors

Went and checked the site and boom ... getting the following errors:

"Warning: require(./global.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home7/modoholi/public_html/mg/reviews/header-inc.php on line 48

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required './global.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home7/modoholi/public_html/mg/reviews/header-inc.php on line 48"

Any ideas .... I even re-ran the install script and made sure there where no typos for the paths and such everything looked mint to me me.
