Rollup of minor fixes since release of 4.03 and added support for SMF 2.X

forums/fusion.php
forums/smf2.php

You do not need to run the upgrade script for this update; you only need update the changed files.

Are you sure that's a complete list of changed files? I did a diff, and found the following files different that are not listed:

uploadproduct.php
forums/threads7.php

And that's compared to the last build of 4.03. Some customers may have original 4.03 build, and may need more files to upload to upgrade to 4.04.

When I compare to the initial 4.03 release, I also see differences in:
header-inc.php
languages/english.php
templates/profile.tmpl
templates/vb3enhanced/profile.tmpl

My list should be any files listed with file dates after 8-3-2008 which is when 4.03 was released.

The files your meantioning I show have not been changed since 4.02 it looks like and where listed as changed in that revision notes.
