Installation HELP please???

Everything was going well until I received a warning on the Mogrify. I did not understand that part so do need help with this.

I have started command prompt and typed in mogrify but it said recognized as an internal or external command operable program or batch file.

My site is at nwssaads.com

Thanks for the help.
