New installation problems

Hi,

Hope you can help..... something isn't quite right with the installation, it's working but from other working examples i've seen online some thing are not showing.

I have the latest version of reviewpost integrate with vbulletin.

1st thing, if you visit the following link and scroll down to the test review, the posters details are not displayed. Also, there are text links right above the quick review box and clicking on them do nothing but take you to the top of the page. This can't be right.

D3 - Photographic Reviews

2nd, when viewing showcat.php none of the images appear:

Nikon - Photographic Reviews

I've checked and re-checked all paths and urls and all seem ok.

You'll understand I can't use and release this when it's in this state. Hope you can help.

Also i've just noticed, this setting "Show Last Reviews column on Index?" which is set to YES shows absolutely nothing on the reviews index page.

I'm concerned about how much else isn't working now.

Fixed the category not displaying thumbs, it was a setting problem. Still have the other problems though.

D3 - Photographic Reviews

Are you allowing anonymous reviews or did you? You can post a test login for us to comment and see what happens

The latest reviews on index is for this page and I show your showing the details for the reviews column on the index. Turn it off you will see a difference.

Main Index - Photographic Reviews

Thanks for getting back to me Chuck it's extremely appreciated. I just knew there were settings i've missed somewhere.

I've just searched for a setting to allow anonymous reviews but can't see anything, where can this one be found?

I'll PM you a test login and thanks for looking into this for me.

Hi Chuck,

Not sure what you did to get the error I send regarding the filed2 not available in the schema but it's great....... field2 is a deletable attribute within vB and not everyone will have it, i've simply removed it from the query in vb3.php and I can now see who posted the reviews.

Now I know about that vb3.php file for the integration I can fix the rest myslef.

Thanks for taking a look and getting the poster details visible. Out of curiosity, which option did you change to pull the vb user details? You mentioned something about anon posting previously. Where is that option in the review admin?

Thanks Chuck, I can manage from here now.

Your fine your only issue was field2 that option is a regular vb field for location now yes you can remove it but we base our default integration to use that field.
