Users Only Seeing Blank Pages

My RP 3.11 installation stopped working. Everything within the admincp is working fine but the user pages are all blank. I did a re-install and no change. In fact, the blank pages do not even have any html when looking at the source code via the browser. I'm not seeing any errors in the apache files, either.

Any ideas what I need to do to fix this?

Thanks. -- Rik

Is it integrated with vb maybe check number 2 here

vBulletin Installation/Integration Common Issues and Resolutions.

we would need some more info to assist like a url integration type etc. Your server error logs should have the errors listed

Chuck:

Thank you for your reply. I'm integrating with vb 3.7.3. Here's what I'm getting in the error log:

[Fri Sep 05 11:23:35 2008] [error] [client 24.216.223.10] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function fetch_template() in /home/www/html/subs/forums/reviews/header-inc.php on line 80....

turn off the portal or vb2 integration you should only have the 3 vb3 defines set to on in config-int.php

We're making progress....

If I turn "off" the three vb3 integration options, then I can see links instead of a blank page (see here). [All the vb2 stuff is "off"].

If I turn "on" option #1 (use vb3 headers, footers, styles), everything goes blank again with the error message in my above message.

Any ideas?

Thanks. -- Rik

ps: I don't have a config-int.php but have a config-intr.php which I assume is OK as the admin area works fine.

Chuck:

I've stared at them over and over and they look correct:

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
Could there by any PHP directives that we might need to look at that could be interfering one way or the other?

Thanks. -- Rik

Well you can remove the / off the end of the paths and urls.

If you turn off the vb3 switches and reviewpost shows then the path is wrong it would appear so do you have a link to phpinfo on the server?

Chuck:

1) Have removed the / per the above with no effect.

2) We have full control of this server. I would be happy to PM you a link to the location of phpinfo on the server.

Regards. -- Rik
