Problem with Installation

I have made it to "Step 4" of the installation process. I am using the "Internal Registration". After I fill out the information and submit it, I get the message "I cannot connect to the Members database."

What is going wrong here? thanks.

If your using the internal integration on the initial config setup have you inputted the correct database information for BOTH config database sections. If your doing an internal install as that section states you must enter the same database info in the lower portion for user database. That should solve your issue. Let us know if there is anything else we can do to assist.
