No style or theme applied

Sorry for the basic question, but I just installed ReviewPost and it has a bare-bones look, nothing like the example sites shown. There is only plain text, no colors or anything. Apparently no style or theme has been activated. I have looked through the admin and couldn't find anything that activated one. Under Layout Options, I found "Select a theme for your website" and I chose Cyan, then clicked on "Save Changes," but that made no difference - the pages still have a plain, bare-bones, text-only look. What have I not done that I need to do to activate the theme?

You seem to have permissions wrong again. Your directories except data and uploads which should be 777 are suppose to be 755 and our install instructions state the .css and .tmpl files are suppose to be 666. I would suspect off hand you have the stylesheets directory set to 666 try making it 755 and the files in it 666 and you should be fine.

OK - that made the theme appear. Thank you for that. Where is the instruction manual for using this software? I don't want to have to bother you all the time with questions on the forum. I found the installation manual easily, but I cannot find the instruction manual for this software. Then I could just look up the answers instead of having to ask you everything.
Thanks

That should explain the most common admin and user interface questions

Thank you for your reply - I see instructions for PhotoPost on that page, but none for ReviewPost.
