Multiple Instances of ReviewPost on one site

I will soon be purchasing a second ReviewPost license so that I can run a second instance of the software on my site, and I have just one question before I do so.

If I run the two ReviewPost installations off separate databases, but integrated with the same forum, will there we any usergroup permission conflicts? I plan on granting users more priviliges in the second installation than in the first.

Not at all. Your reviewpost applications will be in separate databases or if in the same database different prefixed tables so permissions are set for only that install.
