Upgrade not working

I have two problems after upgrading one
My site works fine but for the photos they are not linked correctly anymore i get the Icon NO Image

when I turn on display I get

Script:

Query: SELECT id,catname,thumbs,parent,intro,introtitle,introcopy,theme,sortorder,frames FROM rp_categories WHERE id=13

Result: Unknown column 'intro' in 'field list'

Database handle: Resource id #36

when I try to move category's in my admin section

I would need to see your site to comment on the no photos showing however your next error tells me you have not ran the 311 upgrade script. This should also effect your photos not showing. You need to run that script only once.

Thank you ,My site is back up and running. I will look at everything to make sure its correct but for now everything is great thanks!
