Post a Review creates Database Error

So I have a newly installed reviewpost 3.33 where I have yet to successfully post a review. I have begun setting up a number of categories and am trying to figure out why I can't post a review. Does anyone know what would be causing this?

well please post a link test login and what error you get so we can assist you. There is no issues we are seeing on posting a review to a product.

Hello

My suggestion based on that error is that you check that in global options in admin your server path to the data and uploads directories are correct and then ftp to your server and per our installation documentation that you make sure those two directories are set to 777 permissions at every level down. Then you should be able to upload. The error is a permissions errors saying we cant create the user's uploads directory meaning you have not set permissions to 777.

Hello

That does not appear to be a photopost error message in anyway. That is a vbulletin error so try disabling any hacks and see if the error goes away.

Can you help me out. No hacks have been installed since the reviews system were installed. As of right now you will notice that there are no reviews posted so I have yet to get it to work.

You can post a login here and a url if you want us to comment but all I can do since all your posting is an attachment is respond to what I see and thats not a photopost error. That clearly states you have an issue with your forum database which tells me your issue is with your forum not reviewpost. I hope that makes sense here to you.

When you say this has to do with the forums, how is this system using my forums besides grabbing the wrap info like header and footer stuff. I did not install this but maybe if you can explain to me some trouble fixes I can check those or maybe what info I need to look at in the actual files.

That looks like a VBULLETIN ERROR MESSAGE that is what I am saying. So you need to disable any hacks or more importantly when you get the email from vb tell me what the true mysql error is. Thats not a photopost error because if there was a photopost error then you would get a way different message and page look.

Try going to your hosting control panel and repair your database. Is rev iewpost and forum database in the same database or separate? Make sure in your vb config file you have your technical email address set so you get these emails that tells you what the mysql error is that way you can post the error here so we can assist you.
