You are not a valid administrator or moderator!

Same problems as a lot of other folks can't get access as admin or moderator. I've spent about 3 hours cleaning up the problems with the install scripts and reading dozens of posts about it and still can't get permissions as admin. Oh I also cleared everything out and reinstalled again only to end up right back where I started - not really a surprise.

I've checked the cookie prefix the path & the domain they are correct. I've updated the usergroups for Admin group ID 1 and 2 to have cpaccess(id 1 only) and most of the other columns set to 1. I corrected the administrator email address to be the correct one vs. admin@domain.com...

Some information about your install would clearly assist us here in guiding you in the right direction

I would be glad to take a look if you send via email to chuck@photopost.com admin sign in ftp sign in and phpmyadmin link and sign in and I can see where it is going sideways.

As stated above this all depends on what your integrating with etc. You can feel free to open your own ticket with info like url integration type and test login and we would be glad to tell you what is set incorrectly
