new install, integration problem

I purchased and installed Review Post on my site. I already have Photo Post installed, Chuck did it. I did the install exactly as specified and used the values in the existing Photo Post installation for the integration with my SMF forum & the like, changing the appropriate things of course. however there is no integration happening.

looking through the settings I notice that nowhere do you specify the database for the forum that you want to integrate to. is it possible that RP is assuming that the forum and the Review Post databases are on the SAME database? this is, in fact, not the case. for PP they are on the same database, but RP and SMF are not on the same database.

I also do not seem to be able to login as an administrator.

any help would be appreciated...

You have installed reviewpost as a standalone

You specify the database for SMF on the config on first step of install. The user database portion

You need to install with external integration select smf input the proper smf table prefix and the cookie name of SMF

I see... so where is that info in teh database so I can change it accordingly?

also, will the admin problem go away when I fix this?

You need to reinstall the application correctly to integrate with vb3
