VBportal and.....

I'm so confused.. I would have posted a ticket on this but, well.. the ticket system isn't working here right now.. Anyway..
I'm re-installing the latest version and trying to integrate it into my VBPortal site... The instructions say to "Follow the instructions in the Header-inc.php"....
Here are the lines I found in the Header-inc.php..
#1 - All the lines already had the slashes removed.
#2 - I can't seem to find the "path" lines this small bit of instruction is talking about..
#3 - where is this "mainfile.php" it talks about below...

Any help would be appreciated.

line 274 .. // vBPortal Integration
275 ... // If you want to include the vBPortal header, footer, and left menu, remove
etc.. // the "//" slashes from the beginning of the 16 lines of code below, and change
etc.. // "/home/public_html/vbportal" to your actual path to vbportal's main directory,
// and change "/home/public_html/photopost" to your actual path to PhotoPost's
// directory. This will override the default header and footer variables set in the
// PhotoPost admin panel.

if ( VBP2_INTEGRATION == "on" )
{
chdir($vbportal . "/");
require("mainfile.php");
$index = 0;
global $Pmenu,$Pheader;
$Pheader="P_themeheader";
$Pmenu="P_thememenu_photopost";
require("header.php");
$vbheader = ob_get_contents();
ob_end_clean();
ob_start();
require("footer.php");
$vbfooter = ob_get_contents();
ob_end_clean();
chdir($rppath . "/");
}

?>

Hello that is for vbportal 2

You simply need to just install integrated with vb3 and fill out and turn on the vb3 options thats it

Ah!.. well, no wonder I was cornfused eh?... the installation documentation hasn't been upgraded (dox are always the last to be done I understand)...

Thank you for the reply Chuck, thats EXACTLY what the boys over at PHPortals told me too...

While I have your ear though, I've installed version 3.31 of the Reviewpost.. on the admin screen it tells me, version 3.1 is available!.. yikes, should I upgrade to version 3.1 from 3.31 ? That cornfusion is setting in again.

it says vbportal 2 so I am not sure what you think is not updated in instructions. vbportal2 is not vbportal3

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
In the statistics it surely says 3.31 not 3.1 as what is installed on my install
