Yes there should be a navigation window to the left and I dont see any issues in our code that would not allow that to display nor have I ever seen something like this. What browser do you use?

I just opened the admin panel in Firefox, the left frame is now showing. It still does not show in IE

Could be an issue with your specific version of IE

It shows in my version. Is frames enabled in your version.

Yes, frames is enabled. The actual frame on the left side of the screen shows up, there is just no content in it. If I do a View Source in the left side, I still get no content
