Exclamation Im having some issues...

I am having some issues with Reviewpost. We did pay you to install this before, but we had to reinstall our board and subsequently your reviewpost.

Reviewpost sees the number of users in our vb3 database, but does not authenticate when attempting to log in.
The styles header and footer integration when turned on only produces a blank screen
I can not even enter the admin section of reviewpost
During the install process, a lot of my entered data was not being stored correctly or not at all. We had to go change the path info, some of the “/” and “\” were completely removed by the installer, the email address and domain were replaced with “domain.com”

My vb3 license number is right
the database info is right
the path to the forums is correct
these have been checked multiple times
also I have checked the settings table in the database
#41 is vb3
the config files all look correct.

If you do not authenticate there are only three things I can think of here.

1. Check the config file and make sure the user database info is correct to connect to the vb3 database

2. Check setting 41 and make sure it is set to vb3

3. Check the config file and make sure the vb3 license number is correct. If this is not correct you will never authenticate. take note it is license number and not customer number.

It is a valid active license number

I sent you a support email about this, I thought thoes took priority over forum issues?

No forum posts are just as important.

You need to post a url and you can post a login in a pm
