Reviewpost Red X Syndrom

Hi,

Installed Reviewpost ok but Im geting a red X showing for my VB3 forum logo and other gifs.

Reviewpost has been intergrated with VBulletin.

What do I need to change to get the paths right so that Reviewpost finds the correct style/gifs etc.

The correct path to my forums logo is:

But Reviewpost is showing?

Also just found out about this error when I try and post a review:

I get this at the top of the screen

Quote:
Warning: copy(/home/maxadsl/public_html/reviews/data/2/thumbs/Vigor2800VG.jpg): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /reviews/image-inc.php on line 399

Warning: unlink(/home/maxadsl/public_html/reviews/data/2/thumbs/Vigor2800VG.jpg): No such file or directory in /reviews/image-inc.php on line 428
And this shows as a reviews message:
Quote:
Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 1

Command: "/usr/bin/mogrify" -size 100x87 -quality 70 -geometry 100x87 /home/maxadsl/public_html/reviews/data/2/thumbs/Vigor2800VG.jpg
Any ideas?

Hello

Please re go through the install instructions and make sure you have set permissions correctly on the uploads and data directories

The uploads and data directories at every level need to be 777

http://www.reviewpost.com/installphp.html

As far as any custom styles in your forum you can edit the style in your vb admin and make sure your site logo and other gifs make those relative paths in the global style options all full urls and you will be fine.

Just realised I posted this Chuck in the wrong section, can you move it please.

Regarding the errors, it was permissions in the data folder, thats sorted.

Looking at the gifs now.

Checked the full path and edited them to: http://www.maxadsl.eu/images/styles/...style/logo.gif

The logo works 100% now but none of the other images show, only red x's show.

You would need to correct those paths. Not just the logo path. Especially the /images/styles/soness/style path

Correct them to what:

This:
/images/styles/soness/style/xxxxx

Or this:
http://www.maxadsl.eu/images/styles/soness/style/xxxxx

Try looking in your actual header and footer templates and such. The links to the images you are talking about are not full url and need to be corrected.

Just had a quick look at my footer template and I see the paths are: img src="{IF}/footer_top.gif"

Whats the {IF} when its at home?

AHAHAHAH

Just solved it.

At the bottom of my template there was a Replacement Variables area saying:

Search for text: {IF}
Replace With: images/styles/soness/style

I just added my full URL to this line and now all images work.
