Upgrade RP3.11 to 3.3: 'Want to be notified by email when users post replies?' drop down list on uploadproduct.php is blank.

I added the extra lines for the english.php file for v3.2 (no 'yes' or 'no' lines detailed). The version 3.3 announcement doesn't deatil any extra lines that need to be added to english.php - I added the 2 lines ('yes' and 'no') and it works.

No it does not detail the changes it just states to upload the english.php file
