Question Stuck on step 3

I finally got to step 3 but can't figure out the problem. Here is the message I get:

We're sorry, but we encountered an error during the installation process...

Could not connect to or create the Reviewpost database.

Be sure your user has permissions to CREATE or create a blank table before hitting REFRESH or go back to Step 1 to check your database settings.

If you have corrected the error, you may hit GO BACK and try again.

Can anyone tell me what this means?

Thanks,

Bob

Hello I responded to your helpdesk ticket on this issue.

On install in the first step config you must enter the correct database information to obtain a connection. If you get this error on step 3 it means the database information entered is not correct to establish a connection. Please recheck this information.
