SQL to create rp_usergroups

Hey Chuck,
I found the create table sql command in install.php to create the proper rp_user table. But I've been over install.php and over and over again and for the life of me can't find any SQL commands to create a rp_usergroups table.

Am I just missing it? Could you please point it out?

I did find numerous alter table querys in the upgrade.php file, but I'd rather not create the table piecemeal if possible.

In your integration file in the forums subdirectory

Of course, I should have known to look there. You would need a different usertable for each BB. D'oh.
