Attempted updated. Ran into some problems.

I uploaded all the files to my main server and ran the update.php file but I got an error. The error is this:

Warning: main(public_html//languages/english.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/jdmex2/public_html/pp-inc.php on line 128

Warning: main(public_html//languages/english.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/jdmex2/public_html/pp-inc.php on line 128

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'public_html//languages/english.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/jdmex2/public_html/pp-inc.php on line 128

Any idea what the problem is?

You ran step 3 of the 3.2 upgrade script more than once

To get photos back you need to restore the products table from a backup and rerun the upgrade script only once.

As in restoring a backup of the products mysql table and redoing upgrade

You do not have that many products you could probally look at the bigimage fields and rename the entries removing the double userid off the front of the file to only once like so

11image.jpg to say 1image.jpg

You can see by looking at the file what step you ran twice.
