paid license renewal. still cannot download product.

paid yahoo 6 hours ago or so. still no update on license/download link auth.

Vbulletin is not always immediate LOL

My license took 4 days to process when I purchased one.

I've never encountered such a non-responsive (or, hopefully just slowly responding) online sale. Every site I've ever done business with sends receipts and download links within an hour. I made a PhotoPostPro purchase at about 10pm last night and today, still have no email receipt or download link. So far, no responses to emails and no body answers the phone number you provide either. So far, this is nothing but a negative experience. I hope I'm not in the process of getting ripped off.

Licenses are normally processed within a few hours but can take up to 24hours as our order page states clearly. However making a purchase on the weekend at 10PM I can definately say the license would be process sometime today not yesterday since I doubt anybody was around to process a license at 10PM on Sunday Evening. Though we process licenses 7 days a week they are normally processed normal US central time from say 9am-9pm

If you call and get the recording we are on the phone assisting other customers with presales questions. If you leave a message we do call you back. However you can not reach order processing by calling the phone numbers. That line is reserves for pre sales questions only. There is nothing they can assist you with on the sales line.

Your ticket you opened on this matter in our helpdesk has been forwarded to our order processing department for answer. I can not say why there is a holdup other than noting if you used a freemail address like you do here on the forum that can hold things up. Our order page states not to use freemail emails and since I see your using a hotmail email here this could very well be what is holding up your order.

You should have a response from customer service soon.
