What mysql version are you using?

What version Reviewpost you using?

There are no problems with the categories table or its inserts that I see. I just ran a test on phpmyadmin and did a dummy create and it went fine.

mysql: 4.1.13
revpost: latest version (downloaded it this morning)

Well this is what is in our install file and I see no issue with it. There are 29 fields in the reviewpost categories table. There are 29 entries in each of those two inserts.

Content visible to verified customers only.

Do you see a categories table if you view the database in phpmyadmin? you can always add categories after the fact.
