rp not loading

today rp isnt working. when i got to the reviews, the page never loads. it was working fine yesterday, i can go to the admin page directly by typing the url and everything looks ok in all the settings. i checked the ftp and no files are missing. any idea what could casue this?

Are you integrating with anything like vb3?

If you turn off vb3 integration in config-int.php does the page load?

Ok I am running Review Post 2.5.1. I have just moved servers and upgraded to VB3.5.3 and I am getting a blank page.

I followed the install help on this site (CHMOD all files) and (Edit config-inz.php) I have moved my database over to the new server as well and I only get a blank page when I go to www.mysite.com/reviews/.

I have looked for the prompt in my config-inc to turn VB off but its not there, is this in a latter version? I have also tried to close the RP to see if I get a message, but still blank!

I have just renewed my members access to upgrade to the latest version of reviewpost as well and would like some help on where to go from here.

Ok I just re checked the database setting and changed the password on the database user just to make sure. I re edited my config-inc and now point both lots of settings to my review post database.

Still Blank screen!

Reviewpost 2.51 is not compatible with vbulletin 3.5

You need to be running at minimum 3.1

Well I just updated my Customer Licence this morning and am waiting for access. So when I get access I will download the new version and upgrade.

But please take consideration to the fact that I have changed the settings in the config-inc file to reflect the fact I have no VBulletin configured, should I still get a blank screen??

Anyway I will have a look at the upgrade info when I get the download access. In the mean time have you got any recommended links to info on the reviewpost upgrade?

Of course your going to get a blank screen Reviewpost 2.51 will not work with vb 3.53
