table bbcode doesn't exist

We're setting up on a new server. I copied all files exactly from the old server, and am not trying to upgrade or anything. I can get to my reviewpost and view the categories, but once I click on an actual item, I get this error:

Database error in vBulletin 3.5.1:

Invalid SQL:

SELECT *
FROM bbcode;

MySQL Error : Table 'redbox_reviews.bbcode' doesn't exist
Error Number : 1146

I found another post that mentioned this and I followed the same instructions to get a fresh copy of the program and upload fresh copies of the templates as well as the config files. Same error.

Where is this table supposed to be?

Upload all the new files except config files and run upgrade.php
