2.91 to 3.1.1 Upgrade Issue

I just upgraded my 2.91 to 3.1.1. Everything went well. But....

Now, everything works ok, but I cannot save Global Options or save changes I make in Edit Config. It gives me a server error.

I also upgraded PhotoPost to the latest version as well and same thing happens. Cannot save canges I make to Edit Config, but I can save Global Settings. Weird.

I can save all the other settings (Integration, cookies, etc) but just not Global or Config...

What can it be? I played with permissions and it does not seem like it makes a difference.

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@i-club.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
I checked the error log and this is what it is...

[Thu Feb 2 03:38:59 2006] [error] [client 71.198.9.48] File does not exist: /home/iclub/public_html/500.shtml

What file is it looking for while attempting to save Global Settings and Config?

TIA!

Thanks!

We are looking for no file actually since your reading variables in the database.
except in the case of editing the config it simply opens config-inc.php which exists in the same directory as adm-misc.php

This thread might help as this issue seems to be server related

v2.42 - Can't access 'Edit Usergroups'

The problem was: ps\x20 mod_security rule

Atleast that's what my tech support gave me. He updated and things are running well now with no more of those errors.
What do I need to tell my host about this "ps\x20 mod_security rule"? How do I explain the problem?
