RP Installation instructions confusing & incomplete...

RP Installation instructions are confusing & incomplete....

- Does not mention permissions needed for config-inc.php file.

- Does not mention configuring config-intr.php or permissions needed.

- Does not mention permissions for templates or vb3enhanced directories

- Does not mention permissions required for .tmpl files

- Example config-inc.php file displayed on intructions page has many more options added below the 'mogrify' section. This is where the config-inc.php of the current distribution ends. You might be confusing people there into thinking they have an older/outdated version of the package or file.

Great. There's also typo in the changelog about 2.41 when they mean 2.42 I think... minor typo though.

There are no typo's in reviewpost upgrade that I see. They are as they should be and are in the documentation folder of the download upgrade.txt and changelog.txt

I beleive since Jeremy is making references to 2.41 and 2.42 that he is trying to talk about classifieds not reviewpost
